UTICAJ DIGITALIZACIJE NA SINDIKALNO ORGANIZOVANJE
Today, the fundamental human right, in accordance with international and national regulations, the right to organize a trade union, is being undermined and its violation is clearly visible and ubiquitous, both in the labor law (expert) public and in the lay public. Many legal theorists, in addition to natural (social) erosion, see the emergence of digitalization of work and the ubiquitous artificial intelligence in labor relations, and ultimately in the workplace. The challenges facing trade union organizations are certainly multifaceted, and the strength and "collective gathering" of employees (workers) will determine whether this right deserves attention and therefore inclusion in the spectrum of fundamental human rights. According to Professor Zoran Stojiljković, "in a world where change is the only certainty, trade unions must radically change and transform, not only their thematic framework and program priorities, but also their basic identity, strategy, forms, organization and actions." Trade unions, as the only valid representative of trade union organizations, must change and adapt their internal policy of action to today's labor "changes." The author in the paper seeks to show the impact of the digitalization of work on trade union organizing and thereby seeks to provide, among other things, some directions for possible and potential action of the trade union scene towards the process of recovery and regeneration, as well as to map this right in relation to its purpose in the hierarchy of fundamental human (freedom) rights.
