Design and research of automatic recognition sole edge polishing system
Aiming at the problems of low manual polishing efficiency, low safety, diverse types of shoe soles, and inability to guarantee product quality in traditional shoe sole processing, an automatic recognition shoe sole edge polishing system has been designed. The system uses industrial cameras to capture images of shoe sole edges, which are transmitted to an industrial computer. The industrial computer converts them into machining trajectories, generates machining programs, and uses servo motors and cylinders to drive a rotatable shoe sole clamping device and a mobile grinding device to cooperate in grinding, forming three intelligent modes of automatic clamping, automatic measurement, and automatic grinding, promoting the transformation and upgrading of the footwear industry.
