Opportunity and challenges of human resource information system in education system in Pune
In the last decade, PUNE CITY has seen a shift in e-commerce, e-education, digitalization, and HRIS, all of which have spawned new technologies and are attracting people looking to improve their business through IT. Our goal in doing this research is to gain a better understanding of the growth of the digitalization and HRIS business and how it has influenced customer choices and their level of technological savvy. Digitalization & HRIS has delivered on its promises by satisfying clients with high-quality service and a plethora of different transactions and offers. Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) are becoming increasingly popular among HEIs, and digitalization and HRIS have met the needs of customers whose activities are subject to periodic change. To gain a better understanding of the breadth, methods, and research gaps in the HRIS literature for HEIs, a systematic review was conducted using the PRISMA 2020 standards. The review included 21 journal articles. The objectives, frameworks, and methods were studied using the OFM framework, which led the scope analysis. On the other hand, the context, process, and content were analyzed using the CPC framework. According to the research, most higher education institutions (HEIs) use HRIS to boost performance and competitiveness by enhancing HR procedures, communication, and decision-making.
