A NEW VIEW ON NEUTROSOPHIC Z- MATRICES AND DECISION MAKING
Zadeh developed the concept of Z-number to solve the problems of fuzziness and partial trustworthiness in information. The Z-numbers set has been expanded to include a neutrosophic Z-numbers set (NZNs). This is a powerful model that can describe both the constraints and the reliability of assessment data for unknown information. The goal of this paper was to find different kinds of modal operators like necessity operation, falsity operation, transitive closure, c-transitive closure, and Sn operator over the proposed neutrosophic Z-matrix (NZM) with certain characteristics. A new algorithm in decision-making was also suggested for NZM in the choice matrix for both non-normalized and normalized forms. A reduction procedure for dimensionality reduction was also incorporated to get a better accuracy of decision-making in NZM. At last, a numerical example was provided to illustrate the algorithm's capability in decision-making strategy for optimal decision.
