Computational imaging-based vertical flow assay for high-sensitivity point-of-care troponin testing
We present a computational imaging-based high-sensitivity vertical flow assay achieving rapid and cost-effective cardiac troponin I detection for point-of-care testing, demonstrating clinical-grade performance with a detection limit of 0.2 pg/mL and a large dynamic range.
