Investigation of relationship between ultrafast phenomena and profile of processed hole in ultrashort laser processing

We developed an imaging system to monitor ultrafast plasma dynamics and subsequent shockwave dynamics in laser processing and processed surfaces. Our results indicate the relationship between the profile of shockwaves and the processing outcomes.
