Non-Volatile Electrically Programmable On-Chip Bragg Filters

We present a non-volatile, electrically programmable on-chip Bragg filter using phase-change Sb 2 S 3 for dynamic spectral tuning. This low-power, reconfigurable device achieves 99% reflectivity, 20 nm tuning, and quasi-continuous spectral control.
