Dynamic Spectral fluorescence microscopy via Event-based & CMOS image-sensor fusion

We present a fluorescent microscope combining event-based and frame-based sensors, achieving 10 ~ 10 µ s temporal resolution, diffraction-limited spatial resolution, and ability to distinguish emission sources with 88% spectral overlap. Results are validated by imaging capillary flow.

Abstract

We present a fluorescent microscope combining event-based and frame-based sensors, achieving 10 ~ 10 µ s temporal resolution, diffraction-limited spatial resolution, and ability to distinguish emission sources with 88% spectral overlap. Results are validated by imaging capillary flow.
