A Dynamic Metasurface for Anomalous Reflection at 1550 nm Based on Phase-Change Materials

We have proposed a phase change material (GST)-based dynamic metasurface. Under the illumination of normally incident light at 1550 nm, the phase state of GST can be altered to achieve either anomalous reflection or conventional reflection.
