Ultra-low-noise, Heterodyne Terahertz Receiver based on Plasmonic Photomixing

We present an ultra-low-noise and high-stability terahertz receiver, operating at room temperature, featuring a plasmonic photomixer optimized for the 600-700 GHz range, designed for ground-based astronomical observations.
