An Electro-optic Dual Comb Spectrometer for the Measurement of δ13C in Atmospheric CO2

A dual comb spectrometer is presented to precisely detect the stable isotope ratio of 12 CO 2 and 13 CO 2 at atmospheric conditions and 4.375 µm wavelength. A precision on the δ 13 C value of 0.24‰ is achieved.

Abstract

A dual comb spectrometer is presented to precisely detect the stable isotope ratio of 12 CO 2 and 13 CO 2 at atmospheric conditions and 4.375 µm wavelength. A precision on the δ 13 C value of 0.24‰ is achieved.
