Eccentric Annular VCSEL for Speckle-Free Imaging and Far-Field Shaping
An eccentric-annular VCSEL (940 nm) is designed for the first time for speckle-free imaging and far-field shaping. The 27-mW (750-W/cm 2 ) output power per device is promising for high-definition 3D sensing and facial recognition.
