An Ultra-Sensitive Reflective Guided-Mode Resonance Sensor Based on Angular Interrogation
An innovative angular interrogation method is applied in a reflective guided-mode resonance metasurface, achieving ultra-high sensing resolution (0.0001 RIU) and sensitivity (10135 °/RIU). This method outperforms surface plasmon resonance sensors by two orders of magnitude.
