An Ultra-wide band and Omnidirectional Ge2Sb2Te5-based Metasurface Perfect Absorber

We have proposed an ultra-wideband GST-based metasurface perfect absorber(MPA). Within the TM and TE polarization states, this MPA maintains an average absorptivity of 92.3% and 93.6% over the wavelength range of 200-1500 nm. Notably, even at an incidence angle of 70°, the average absorptivity of the MPA remains above 80% for the TM polarization.

Abstract

We have proposed an ultra-wideband GST-based metasurface perfect absorber(MPA). Within the TM and TE polarization states, this MPA maintains an average absorptivity of 92.3% and 93.6% over the wavelength range of 200-1500 nm. Notably, even at an incidence angle of 70°, the average absorptivity of the MPA remains above 80% for the TM polarization.
