Optical Computing in Photonic Crystal Fiber: From Linear Propagation to Supercontinuum Generation

We numerically investigate the nonlinear dynamics of photonic crystal fiber for optical computing. Using the neuromorphic computing framework, we found that non-linearity needs to be tuned, in order to achieve optimal performance of the network.
