Spalled Single-Crystalline Barium Titanate Thin Films for Electro-Optic Applications

We demonstrate a scalable method to produce single-crystalline barium titanate thin films (~100 nm to few microns) through spalling from bulk substrates, providing a promising pathway for integrating electro-optic materials into advanced nanophotonic technologies.
