High-Resolution Spectrometer Chip using a Tunable Multimode Waveguide on Thin-Film Lithium Niobate

We demonstrate a spectrometer chip with phase tuning on a multimode waveguide on thin-film lithium niobate featuring 5pm resolution. Fast spectral classification at 100kHZ under low driving voltage of ±3V is achieved.
