25-Gbps All-Optical Mach-Zehnder Modulator Induced by Kerr-effect-assisted Silicon Carbide Micro-ring Resonator with interfered Fano resonance
All-optical 25-Gbps converted and inverted intensity modulation is demonstrated by combining the nonlinear Kerr effect with the interfered Fano resonance effect in SiC micro-ring-assisted Mach-Zehnder modulator with a nonlinear refractive index of 2.5×10 -12 cm 2 /W.
