Continuously Tunable Power Splitter for Monolithically Integrated Silicon Photonics

We report the design, fabrication and experiment characterization of the thermo-optic power splitter for monolithically integrated silicon photonics, enabling continuous tunability of splitting ratios from 0.5 to below 0.1 over an 80 nm bandwidth.
