A chip-integrated comb-based microwave oscillator
We demonstrate the fully integrated, microcomb-based microwave oscillator at 10.7 GHz. The chip device, leveraging hybrid integration of a high-power DFB laser, an ultralow-loss Si 3 N 4 microresonator, and a high-speed photodetector chip, occupies a footprint of only 76 mm 2 .
