Electro-Optic Frequency Comb-based Nonlinear calibration for FMCW LiDAR

The nonlinearity of a swept laser in FMCW LiDAR is corrected using a partially frequency-shifted electro-optic frequency comb. This system can achieve a precision of 15.52 µm at an update rate of 1 kHz.
