Scalable TCNQ-doped graphene oxide sensor for neuromorphic machine vision

We developed a TCNQ-doped graphene oxide sensor for neuromorphic machine vision, which exhibits a tunable responsivity from 1.4 to 25 mA/W. We established a 3×3 array of sensors as programmable kernels for image edge processing.

Abstract

We developed a TCNQ-doped graphene oxide sensor for neuromorphic machine vision, which exhibits a tunable responsivity from 1.4 to 25 mA/W. We established a 3×3 array of sensors as programmable kernels for image edge processing.
