Generation of Femtosecond Pulse Trains for Periodically Driven Time-Varying Media

We utilize a simple technique based on frequency chirp to create an ultra-fast pulse train for time-varying media experiments. The effect of pulses on nonlinear media is demonstrated with pump-probe experiments.
