Real-Time Measurement of Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Microalgae with Dual-Frequency Comb
Dual-frequency comb is a powerful molecular detection tool for its high sensitivity, broad spectral bandwidth, and real-time detection properties. In this paper, we utilize mid-infrared dual-frequency comb to monitor the carbon fixation, nitrous oxide, and carbon monoxide emission process from the green algae, Chlorella Vulgaris, in a photo-bioreactor in real-time.
