Pulsed Laser Interferometry for High-Frequency Microwave Acoustic Vibration Measurements

We present the measurement of microwave acoustics with pulsed laser interferometry and demonstrate it on bulk and surface acoustic wave devices. This enables detailed analysis of high-frequency device dynamics, advancing mobile communications and quantum computing.
