Ultra-Lightweight Mid-IR Methane Sensor Deployed on an Uncrewed Aerial Vehicle in the Western Canadian Arctic

We present an ultra-lightweight methane sensor based on mid-infrared wavelength-modulated tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy. The sensor was deployed on an uncrewed aerial vehicle for methane detection and plume characterization in remote Arctic regions.
