Efficient Inverse Design via Seeded Topology Optimization

We present an inverse design pipeline involving seeded topology optimization used to design multiple devices for a commercial foundry process. We modify simulation parameters throughout the optimization, demonstrating reduced computational cost with equivalent performance.
