Pressure-Tunable Photonic Nanoresonators

We demonstrate the pressure-tunability of a silicon nitride plasmon-enhanced Fabry-Perot nanoresonator in resonance wavelength and full width at half maximum, showing the possibility of pressure-controllable nanophotonic devices.
