Physics-Conditioned Diffusion Model for the Inverse-Design of High-efficiency Thermophotovoltaic Metasurface
Integrating adjoint topology optimization with physics-conditioned diffusion models enables high-performance thermophotovoltaic (TPV) metasurface design, reaching ~97% efficiency. This approach could broaden application scope for optimized photonic designs and material synthesis in sustainable photonics and beyond.
