Um direito humano à subsistência em Kant?
This article aims to investigate the possibility of human rights’ justification from Kant’s theory. It considers, thus, the philosophy of right developed on Metaphysics of Morals and the concept of “humanity” developed on the Groundwork for the Metaphysics of Morals. Part of the existing debate about the law justification considers the binding (or non-binding) of the concept or of the principle of right with the notion of “humanity” on the ethical sense. Considering this debate, it is necessary to understand some ways in which it could be proposed the justification of subsistence as a human right from Kant’s phisosophy. At the same time, it is necessary to consider the limitation of this proposal
