This reflective paper aims to show the impact of ethics training on ethical decision making of college students through an empirical and documentary study. The article will explore the current state of ethics training in universities, the approaches taken in ethics training, the factors that influence students' ethical decision making, the research methodology, and the impact of ethics training on decision making. In addition, the article will analyze and interpret the results of the study to contribute to the understanding of the effectiveness of ethics training in universities.
