Adaptive Cell Tracking for Intravital Imaging of Real-Time Cell Migration in Mouse Lymph Nodes

We present adaptive cell tracking by combining adaptive excitation and real-time cell tracking. We demonstrate a ten-fold power reduction for intravital two-photon volumetric imaging and tracking of lymphocytes in mouse lymph nodes.
