Purcell Enhancement Engineering in Stable Encapsulated Nitrogen Vacancy Emitters Coupled to Nanopatch Antennas
Atomic layer deposition of Al₂O₃ on a Nitrogen-Vacancy Nanopatch Antenna (NV-NPA) system optimizes the Purcell factor by fine-tunning the mode volume and extends the single-photon emitter's stability from a few days to over three months.
