A Versatile Chip-Scale Platform for High-Rate Entanglement Generation with an AlGaAs Microresonator Array
We report an AlGaAs microresonator array enabling dense multiplexing of high-rate 1550 nm entangled-pair sources. Time-bin and frequency-bin qubits are generated with pair generation efficiency up to 2.6 GHz/mW 2 per resonator.
