Tapered Graded-Index-Concentric-Core Fiber for Broadband Flattened Negative Dispersion
A tapered fiber with double graded-index concentric cores is proposed to provide broadband negative dispersion for the HE 11 mode. The resulting chromatic dispersion is maintained at -78.86 ± 0.17 ps/nm/km from 1446 to 1667 nm.
