High-Efficiency and Fabrication-Tolerant Inverse-Designed Quantum Light Extractor in a Suspended Gallium Arsenide Platform

In this talk, I will present our recent simulation results that showcase an inverse-designed quantum light extractor in a suspended gallium arsenide (GaAs) platform that is fabrication-tolerant and achieves higher collection efficiencies than state-of-the-art.
