Low Sampling Ratio Ghost Imaging with Rearranged Hadamard Basis

We propose a novel Hadamard basis ordering using wavelet transform, verified to outperform conventional methods across all sampling ratios numerically and experimentally. Main structural information can be retained even at sampling ratio below 15%.
