In-situ Generation of Photon-Memory Entanglement Using an Integrated Rare-Earth Photonic Quantum Memory
We develop an integrated SiC/Rare-earth photonic platform enabling in-situ photon-memory entanglement within an absorptive rare-earth quantum memory. Entanglement generation rate up to 10 Mebits/s and heralding efficiency > 70% are expected.
