Overcoming the Diffraction Limit in Nonlinear Near-Field Optical Microscopy Using Coherent Structured Illumination

Incorporating coherent structured illumination into nonlinear near-field optical microscopy, we can overcome the diffraction limit of evanescent wave imaging. Leveraging plasmonic properties, we show that a single exposure is sufficient to reconstruct a super-resolved image.
