Quiet Point for Ultralow-Noise Microwave Generation
We demonstrate a new quiet point mechanism for Kerr combs that occurs near the transition of soliton to breather states where a minima of dispersive wave recoil is located. We demonstrate up to 35-dB noise suppression.
