Attosecond Vortices in Semiconductor Materials

We present theoretical results on HHG-based attosecond vortex beams in ZnO driven by Laguerre-Gauss beams, using semiconductor Bloch equations and scaling laws. Our findings have implications for efficient structured XUV beam generation.
