Programmable topological photonics in a lattice of large-scale integrated optical microresonators

We report a programmable topological photonic chip by large-scale integration of 96 microresonators. On the single chip, we realized dynamic topological phase transitions, diverse topological configurations and topological Anderson transitions in isotropic and anisotropic lattices.
