PT-symmetric acousto-electric self-oscillating SAW resonators for acousto-optic sensing

We demonstrate the first-ever monolithically-integrated coupled acoustoelectric surface acoustic wave oscillators for acousto-optic sensing with independently tunable gain and loss. The devices operate at an exceptional point and are investigated for use in acousto-optic sensing.

Abstract

We demonstrate the first-ever monolithically-integrated coupled acoustoelectric surface acoustic wave oscillators for acousto-optic sensing with independently tunable gain and loss. The devices operate at an exceptional point and are investigated for use in acousto-optic sensing.
