Coherent Coupling Between Two Spin States of Interlayer Excitons in WSe2-MoSe2 Heterobilayers

Utilizing quantum beat spectroscopy and using temperature as a control knob, we have observed the quantum beat signal as a clear signature of coherent coupling between the spin-singlet and spin-triplet interlayer excitons of WSe 2 -MoSe 2 heterobilayers.

Abstract

Utilizing quantum beat spectroscopy and using temperature as a control knob, we have observed the quantum beat signal as a clear signature of coherent coupling between the spin-singlet and spin-triplet interlayer excitons of WSe 2 -MoSe 2 heterobilayers.
