Fast Throughput Multilayer Lithography for Volumetric Meta-Optics

We present a precursor-based direct write method using conventional electron beam lithography for a fast multilayer fabrication with metal chalcogenides. We demonstrate volumetric metamaterials both with classical design and inverse design using antimony sulfide.
