Injection locking of photonic-crystal surface-emitting lasers
We demonstrate optical injection locking of photonic-crystal surface-emitting lasers (PCSELs). The lasing wavelength and phase of high-power PCSELs can be locked to those of a seed laser whose emission power is several orders of magnitude smaller.
