Decoupling Microcomb Generation and Stabilization: All-Optical Frequency Comb Locking through the Synchronization of its Clone

We demonstrate all-optical frequency comb stabilization through cross-phase-modulation binding between a dissipative Kerr soliton microcomb and its clone within the same resonator, enabling flexible stabilization independent of typical dispersion and loss constraints.
