Dual-Comb Spectroscopy at 210 nm via Intracavity High-Harmonic Generation

Intracavity high harmonic generation is used to produce a dual-comb source extending into the vacuum ultraviolet using the 3 rd , 5 th , and 7 th harmonics. An initial high-resolution absorption measurement is performed on acetylene at 210 nm.
