Frequency Translation in an Integrated Distributed Bragg Reflector Cavity

We demonstrate Bragg-scattering four-wave mixing in a Bragg cavity with doubly-resonant pumps and non-resonant signal/idler. We observe a 23.8 dB conversion efficiency enhancement over a single-pass waveguide with bandwidths exceeding 150 GHz.

Abstract

We demonstrate Bragg-scattering four-wave mixing in a Bragg cavity with doubly-resonant pumps and non-resonant signal/idler. We observe a 23.8 dB conversion efficiency enhancement over a single-pass waveguide with bandwidths exceeding 150 GHz.
