Exploring Time-Resolved Materials Science at the Atomic Lattice Level

We present an electrometer that uses an optically active spin defect in diamond with a nonlinear Stark response, enabling MHz-scale temporal resolution and charge trap localization for time-resolved material science at the lattice scale.
